Valentine’s Day Here’s My Heart Sweets Box

Valentine’s Day Here’s My Heart Sweets Box

Hi Everyone! So we know that a lot of people (guys in particular) begin to think about to what to get that special someone just about a week or two before Valentine’s Day. But here at 1800Baskets.com, we wanted to get your feedback on one specific Valentine’s Day gift basket from our 2011 Valentine’s Day Collection. That specific gift basket is the Valentine’s Day Here’s My Heart Sweets Box (pictured to your left).

In about a paragraph or two,  let us know not only what you think about this specific gift basket, but also who do you feel it’s appropriate for. Also, how do you feel different age groups would react to receiving this specific Valentine’s gift basket. Is it a gift basket for a much younger person or would it be great for a young niece as well as a girlfriend/spouse/mother. We value your feedback so much as you might have noticed in our previous comments and posts. 🙂 We feel listening (really listening) to our customers is the best way to create great gift baskets our customers will love.

We will pick 3 random winners!

Matching a person to an appropriate Gift Basket

Comfort and Joy Sweet Treats Gift Basket

Comfort and Joy Sweet Treats Gift Basket

So we’ve been hearing quite a few comments regarding this specific gift basket during our various internal and external meetings. Many times it’s something as simple as “that’s a cute little basket” or “i love the christmas colors”. So the reason for this post is to ask you to whom would you give this specific gift basket, who do you feel it’s appropriate for? The other reason we ask is many people have mentioned to us that they liked the fact that it was not too big. They said it made it “giveable” for certain people on their holiday shopping list. We are actually looking right at this gift basket as we type this post. And it really isn’t a huge gift basket by any means, and it is indeed very cute and presents quite well. The gift basket is very re-usable as well within the home. Ha…it looks like we may be biasing your answers now!! Anyways, we’re not quite clear on the exact question for you, but generally we’d like to know what you think about this holiday gift basket.

So in about a paragraph or two (or three if you have the time!), let us know what you think. Only 1 paragragh is required, but if you write us a whole page, we will literally read every word, not kidding. We love your feedback, even when it’s negative. So let’s hear your thoughts. There will be 3 winners!

As always, and as most of you know, we print each and every one of your comments. Not every other comment, not the first 10 comments. Or the middle 10 comments (ok that would be strange anyways). We print every comment with your name right next to it. What do we do with the comment you ask? They don’t just sit on some desk and take up space. After printing them out, we read them and reread them. Then we discuss them in groups. Why do we do this? We find your comments not only invaluable and crucial to improving our product but we just love it as well. We love what we do. So your comments are literally exciting for us.  So keep them coming. We even had a customer write a coffee gift basket poem recently on our blog post!

Now let’s hear those paragraphs telling us about your dream coffee gift basket. We’ll pick the 3 winners at random via random.org.

Fresh From The Orchard Monthly Fruit Club
Fresh From The Orchard Monthly Fruit Club

1800Baskets.com has a new monthly fruit club called “Fresh From The Orchard Monthly Fruit Club”!  And as always, we want your honest feedback.

So in a paragraph or two let us know what you think about how our Fresh From The Orchard Monthly Fruit Club is presented on our website. Make sure to click “Join Now” and tell us what you think about the actual page that you place the order on. We have to stress that we are definitely looking for the good and the bad. The winner is chosen completely by random on random.org, so it will absolutely not affect who the winner is!

We really have made a strong commitment and decision to simply listen to our customer, whether their feedback is positive or negative. Our goal is simply to improve. And selectively listening only to the positive does not help us improve as a company or your experience as a customer. We simply love what we do and that is one of the ways we want to show it.

So that’s not to say we don’t blush when we hear applause. 🙂 Honestly, we love it. Who wouldn’t?! But our goal is to be the best, and you do that by listening to your customer. Period.

So go ahead and post about a paragraph or two about how our Fresh From The Orchard Monthly Fruit Club is presented on our website (good/bad), and we’ll pick 1 very, oh-so-lucky winner!
