1. ENTRYPERIOD: 1-800-BASKETS.COM® 2016 Anchors Away for Father’s Day Sweepstakes (hereinafter the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 8:00 PM EDT on 6/2/16 and ends at 11:59 PM EDT on 6/13/16 (the “Entry Period”).
2.  HOW TO ENTER: Visit the 1-800-BASKETS.COM® Facebook page located athttps://www.facebook.com/1800baskets during the Entry Period and completely fill out the entry form and submit your caption to our Father’s Day Nautical Photo in thirty (30) words or less.   The entry form and caption will collectively be referred to as the “Entry.”

2.1 ENTRY CONTENT RESTRICTIONS:

1. Entry received a) must be unique and created exclusively by the entrant submitting b) cannot have been previously entered into a sweepstakes, contest or have been published c) cannot not be awaiting publication nor may it be submitted for publication consideration during or after the Entry Period; and

1. The Entry must not contain material that violates or infringes another’s rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement; and

1. The Entry must not disparage Sponsor or any other person or party affiliated with the Sweepstakes; and

1. We are a family friendly company so each Entry must not contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous, libelous, or that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; and

4. WINNER SELECTION: Winners will be selected on or about June 15, 2016in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period by a representative of Sponsor, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the EntryPeriod. Prizes will be awarded and potential winners will be notified by email associated with their Facebook account. Prizes are nontransferable and no cash substitution is allowed except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to award prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize is unavailable.
5. 5. GENERAL RULES:  Taxes, related to the prizes are the winners’ sole responsibility, if applicable.
